Along with design and new construction, our company offers a facility
consultation package for the existing operator. This package is designed
to provide fresh, creative ideas to improve course playability, address
problem areas as well as every day maintenance issues, all to increase
your bottom line.
The course analysis will be coordinated with you
(the owner) and performed by David Bailey.
With nearly 20 years of
experience in ownership, operations,design and construction of Miniature
Golf Courses Mr. Bailey has been involved in all aspects of our industry
with some of the most profitable courses in the world.
For a nominal fee of one thousand five hundred dollars($1,500) Mr Bailey
will perform an onsite facility review we will present our recomendations.
Shortly thereafter you will receive an itemized bid for all of the repair
work or improvements suggested in the review. If you elect to use Bailey
Consulting to perform any of the work proposed we will apply the
consultation fee towards the bid.
